All participants will need a current Sports Physical to participate in practices and games. Sports Physical forms can be printed out from the link below, or hard copies are available in the high school office. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Arakaki at: aarakaki@clahawaii.org
Practice Schedule: Monday through Friday 3:30pm – 5:30pm
Practice locations will alternate between CLA Campus and Keaʻau High School Track(Dates TBD). Stay tuned for updates!
